Scruff is a pet insurance brand of Keel Insurance Agency. We are an insurance agency, not an insurance carrier. Policies are underwritten and issued by the carrier; we act as producer of record.
Producer credentials
Licensed insurance producer — NPN 22297528, UT resident license 1127704 (Property & Casualty). Independently verifiable through the Utah Insurance Department Licensee Search.
Carrier relationships
We are finalizing pet carrier appointments. Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance, no rate is quoted, and no coverage can be bound until a carrier issues a policy. We will name our carrier partners here once those appointments are in place.
How we're paid
We are compensated by carriers through commission. We never mark up your premium, and we never sell your data or your leads.
